Frankie Lovers . . .

Help me out here!! I had completely forgotten about this old Frankie (OK! Yes, I used to collect them...
) This little old proof has resided in a paper flip inside of a cotton pouch for the last 15-20 years.
So, I found it tonight whilst looking for something else to submit for grading, and POW!!!
It has enough hairlines and ticks to prevent it from going better than a PF64, IMO .... so what's it worth looking like this (also, the reverse would go CAM, but I think not the obverse)? Should I dip it in Jewelustre?

If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

<< <i>I assume the Jeweluster comment was a joke. >>
Yes, it was a joke. I'm a tone lover at heart.
Thanks for the feedback. Mac
