On the whole, her naru is a fine thing. But I suspect it's going to make it harder to get my $400 back for the 1916-D I bought that got past three dealers, only to come back from PCGS bb'd a month ago. To me, she (actually they, as hubby is culpable at the very least) is like the Michael Keaton character in that creepy movie "Pacific Heights." I'm the husband/wife victims in the movie, who at first were incredulous then angry, but in the end were worn out, embarrassed and ashamed. Justice for them would make sweet reading some day, but right now I just wish they were gone, kidnapped by a flying saucer or inadvertently swallowed by quicksand in a Savannah bog during late night stroll.
I lost $300 on some non-coin items. Items not as descirbed and I sent an email asking if I could send the items back. They responded positively and said they would refund the $. They got the goods and the $.
Total scam.

Her auctions show Singapore dollars under the US $$ bid, and she says the shipping/payment will be discussed after the end of the auction with the winner.
Myqqy: I meant that three different dealers I presented the coin to at some local shows deemed the 1916-D authentic, after which I sent it to PCGS to be graded and slabbed. That's when it came back as not authentic.
It is too bad that the current system is perfect for someone like her. A temporary setback will likely have her coming back strong and chuckling about the "punishment." Pressure must be kept up, but on changing the system that lets her thrive. I have no clue how that can be accomplished, but I am glad this forum and its members are shining the light on her activities.

The deal with the Singapore ebay is that you can actually see the auctions with the feedback. The US auctions you can't. Here's the auction format in the US, for some reason it looks different same auction in US format Shipping and PayPal are there. The format on the Singapore auctions must change the information.

Exactly! Jeremy has hit the proverbial nail right on the head.
Too many people, MOST OF ALL EBAY, is taking Fraud way too lightly. It is a criminal offense and judging by the # of negatives this person has/had, he, she, it has fleeced the masses for a considerable sum of money which would make up multiple counts of Fraud against this so called human being that is obviously lower than a "manure muncher".
It would require working in tandem with not only the local police, but because it involves crossing many State boundaries and quite possibly, Intercontinental boundaries, the FBI and other appropriate law enforcement agencies. This person should be made to stand accountable for each and every allegation and when a total figure is reached I assure you she would not be loose to hurt any more "Innocents" fo a long, long time. Bottom line....when the evidence is stacked against this person and eBay shuts them down, simultaneously there should be a knock on her door and an arrest made.
One more thing. I'm sure we've all received this letter from the President of ebay. I responded to it because he said that he would read and address each and every email on the subject. I, for one, unloaded on him and among other things, told him that in cases just like this one where eBay permits a seller known to have a "questionable reputation", the argument that eBay only provides the venue just wouldn't cut it very much longer and that sooner than later, it's just a matter of time, they would be found culpable/ negligent in a court of law and that they need to clean up their act...PDQ.

You can change any auction to look like it originates in a different country simply by adding the auction number to the eBay URL with the foreign extension. Example:
I've always said she should be ashamed of herself. I sent her a email expressing such. She should be doubley ashamed of herself if she returns under an assumed identity.

What is money, in reality, but dirty pieces of paper and metal upon which privilege is stamped?
Whooo-hoo. Thanks for getting her Narued. I'd love to see her prosecuted. Problem may be that any one person's loss from this thief is too low for the local police to care. Here in SF, I was the victim of credit card fraud (got my money back), but police weren't interested in investigating despite pretty good leads as to who was responsible, because dollar amount was less than $1000. Same thing happened when someone broke into my car and took about $500 worth (I'm sure the police could have tracked down the person who stole my cell and made calls from 2am to 6 am that night- not very bright!) GYOCOMGD Have you thought about phoning a Savannah lawyer? In many areas it is very simple to take someone to small claims court- and in her case there is so much evidence regarding her misdeeds that a judge might award punitive damages and/or have her pay your lawyer's fees in addition to your economic loss. She's got partners, too, like "lawn1937". Look at that person's feedback - they're all from pjd1966. It's SO obvious what they do. Fifteen auctions more or less all ending at the same time and the same bidder leaving the same feedback just to fluff it all up, and attempt to deceive people. Makes me sick. Freaking scum bags, all of 'em.
I bought some coins from her a while back (ebay id: ormandh) and paid way too much for a couple of the items. The one silver coin that I won mysteriously didn't get shipped along with the rest of the items(she combined all of the auctions). She did return the money which was paid for the item, but I would have been happier with the coin. She was very hard to get in touch with from what I recollect though. -Dan
obviously NARU doesn't stand for Not Actively Reeming the Unknowing.

What's the story about buying a coin that "got past three dealers"??
Total scam.
