I assume its genuine & authentic. I assume its been graded by someone who knows more about grading than me. I assume I know the range of time in which it was graded because of the good work Condor101 has done. Thats about all I can think of that I take for granted by virtue of its imprisonment in a PCGS slab.
It's 1) Authentic, 2) reasonably accurately graded, and 3) there are no significant problems that aren't apparent at first glance (such as a light cleaning or expert repair)

I assume its authentic and (for MS) within a point of what I'm expecting for the grade.

I intentionally left this question wide-open. Sorry.... do you assume it's "authentic", for example?
