How is PCGS when crossing grades from NGC on modern coins?

What would you say the percentage is that crosses over at the same grade? Lower grade?

    It all depends on if you actually grade the coin yourself(and your grading skills) or just go by what is on the label.
    It also increases your chances if you crack the coin and submit instead of crossing it.
