Franklin Rating Typo?

Can someone answer why the 2 sets JFS has in the Franklin Circ. FBL, #1 & #2(image) have a different weighted GPA & Set Rating, both have identical graded coins.

    They don't have identical graded coins. Check out the first coin in each set. One is a 67FBL
    and the other is a 66FBL.
