I don't know about that, they are all reverse toners. I would say $1500 or so would be more in the ballpark.

That's only about $220.00 per coin Eric. You don't think they'll go for more than that (based on if the reserve is met)?

I picked up a true rainbow the other day for $56 on eBay. Between the scammers and the photo doctors, toned coins have taken a beating on eBay. I have a 100% toned reverse PCGS MS63 up on eBay as a fixed $250 BIN, and no one is going near it.

Nice set, but as stated too bad they are all rev toned. The second and the Last are the two nicest. IMHO.

Eric, You're probably right. If I hadn't just, seconds ago, picked up this toned Morgan beauty I'd be an interested buyer in yours. I love those reverse colors.

How much are reverse toned Morgans discounted?

Reverse toned Morgans are "discounted" a lot compared to obverse toned pieces. In fact, a better query might be how much premium do they command vs. a white coin.

I'd say Braddick's $3000 estimate might be accurate if the coins graded MS65. Since they grade MS63 (according to the seller), even Eric's estimate of $1500 might be overly optimistic.

I agree...reverse toning, while nice, won't really rub me right in all the right places.
