UPDATE: I have the coin in-hand now. The mirrors are super deep and the devices are fully frosted. I would expect this one to go dcam at PCGS. I think the numerical grade is overly optimistic. In hand, I would grade this coin PR65DCAM with a good shot at PR66DCAM.
Russ, the devices are fully frosted, though not as strongly as they could be. It's a weak dcam in my opinion, based largely on the supurb depth of the fields.
Not arguing with that, they do appear to be fully frosted and the mirrors are all there. But, there is silver frost and white frost. A DCAM or UCAM requires whiter frost than what appears to be the case with this coin.

Sorry, but if the images are accurate, it won't go DCAM. The devices are too silvery.
Edited to add: Still a nice score at what you paid for it.

The first one graded Cameo, the second grade UCAM. The difference is that the frost on the second is a bit whiter.
