It would be interesting to ask the same question on the NGC board, to random collectors at the FUN show, and to random collectors at a local/regional coin show.
Out of the first 60 Lincolns (1909-1930) I have, 42 pcgs, 5 ngc, 1 segs, 1 raw, (need 11 coins I guess!). I also have 4 pcgs Indian Cents and 1 ngc Indian Cent. All my other coins are raw (maybe 30 or 40 of which were broken out of various slabs). So overall about 80% of my slabbed coins.
We are finite beings, limited in all our powers, and, hence, our conclusions are not only relative, but they should ever be held subject to correction. Positive assurance is unattainable. The dogmatist is the only one who claims to possess absolute certainty.

All PCGS with two exceptions:
A "Brown Box" Ike certified by NGC in the U.S. Mint holder & a Felix Schlag Jefferson Nickel pattern copy from a private mint in a SEGS slab.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
I would expect these numbers to change if PCGS ever decides to give the prooflike desingation to au coins.

Edited: The engineer in me forced me to add another significant digit. My SEGS holdings looked too big at 1%.
