I've got like four or five of this high grade date laying around raw, they are not worth that kind of money and they can't grade to save they're lives.

There's a good reason PCGS has only 13 in 67RD, none higher: the dies sucked! Really mushy strike on the obverse is the general rule - What bowtie? What vest? Is Lincoln wearing a shower cap? etc., etc......
Buy it, crack it, submit it, and don't hope for anything higher than a 66 (if that).
Just MHO.

100proof1957 Mike is of course quite right about this coin and I've see a lot of coins in PCI gold labels.I wouldn't trust their grading abilities enough to pay more than $10 for it.
You buy the coin, not the hype or the marketing or the plastic it may come in. it is all about the coin itself. You gotta know what your looking at and for what, and what its real value would be.

Worth about 15 bucks as a 66 in a PCGS holder (which it may or may not make)

A case in point.I have a 1909-S/Horizontal S in a old green label PCGS holder that is slabbed as a 1909-S MS63 RB.
