I'd guess that its NT because the people who cook these things are only satisifed when they turn them electric blue, or wild rainbow green yellow and pink.

Looks nice, but to detemine AT/NT you've GOT to hold it in yiur hand and tilt it in the light - It's veerry dificult to grade coins from images, virtually impossible to render a knowlegable opinion as to real or memorex toning without holding it in your hand. That said, if Adrain would be kind enough to send it to me (for say a caople of years), I'll study it carefully and give him my OPINION.
