Ya know.......the price started at $625 then went to $575 then went to $525 and now its $475. Says 1 of 2 things to me: The seller is fishing for the "right" price OR the coin is not a very nice coin for the grade......now perhaps you think that's there's NO such thing a s a PQ Poor-1 coin right? WRONG. Here's a picture of my 1793 1/2 cent that I bought in a ANACS Poor-1 holder. ANyone think this coin looks rather PQ for the grade....in fact, doesn't the obverse look rather PQ for a Good or Very Good or even (gasp) a Fine coin? No pitting, no corrosion, no damage, and a great color. Buy the coin and not the holder.

I know for a fact that ANACS will not net a coin that grades Poor-1 so its is quite possible that this ebay coin is a sub Poor-1 coin (and I can say that because I have held this very coin in my hand - as has Braddick). In fact, this is probably the 4th time that a link to this coin has been posted here. Get the drift?
