Yes sir this coin was made in both proof and regular circulation strikes.

Came in the mail just the other day and I'm very pleased with the quality. 99.99% of all the scratches, marks, dots and spots are on the cellophane wrapper it is still sealed in. The coin is absolutely stunning under a 10x loupe. After I get two more modern foreign coins then this one will be in the group of 5 I send off to PCGS.
