State Quarter Regular Proof Sets

What would the cost be of assembling 1999-2004 proof sets? Just the quarters not the other denominations. All original government packaging too.

The silver quarters were not sold seperately 99-03

So I'd say about $150 for the clads

As was stated, only the 2004's have been sold as a separate set of silver quarters.
This means you have to buy 1999-2004 from broken up 9/10 coin sets, so you might have some trouble finding what you want.

The 1999 quarters are the big expense.
A quick look at ebay shows some prices:

    1999 ... $200
    2000 ... 20
    2001 ... 70
    2002 ... 40
    2003 ... 15
    2004 ... 20
    -------------------
    $365
