I have 5 envelopes from US proof sets. They have been opened by slicing them open along the very top. They also have the small certificate that came with the sets. I see these for sale on e-bay quite often but I'd rather give them to a board member if anyone wants them. The years are: 1959, 1961, 1963 and 1964(2).

Just the envelopes? If they have coins, I'll take em - If not, maybe someone else will come along who wants them.

There's all kinds of e-bay auctions for these envelopes. Sorry but if I include the coins I'd have to pay you about $10.00 per!!!!!

If they have been opened from the top, how can you re-seal them with junk proof sets to sell as unopened on eBay?
