Do not feel bad, I have two invoices in since 6/1/04 and as of 8/4/04 1945 (for you non military type 7:45pm EST) still pending further processing.
Maybe they are on the fence on a couple being PR70 (in that case take your time to arrive at PR70)

I've had the same thing happen to me. Didn't actually see the grades until the coins arrived in the mail. Was this an economy submission?

I actually posted it a few days ago, it was a 1951-S MS66 roosie sent in for a designation review! and yes it went FB!
