Federal Half-Dime Gallery - Stman Seal of Approval? :D

Well? My favorite is the second, my least is the 3rd. In order, they are R2, R3, and R4...
I probally should have passed on the last one, it's a little beat-up... my thinking was clouded by stress and frustration over the parking conditions at the show, and my judgement was slightly clouded at seeing the R-4 rating... if it had been an R1 or R2, I probally would have left it... I don't know if it's necessarilly been cleaned, but it is a bit hairlined and scratched up...
1832 VF-20, LM-12, struck with a cocked die, making the rims lower and thiner around the top, causing an uneven wear pattern.

1834 VF-30, LM-3, the coin that started it for me...
Thank you Bill Jones!!

1831 F-15/VF-20 LM-3, Oops...

Yep, the half dimes are my favorite denomination....I just don't have any from the bust series, only seated Half dimes.
I haven't mastered the art of scanning yet, so excuse the poor quality of the picture.
And stman, Happy Belated Brithday!
The distinction of a half dime vs. a nickel is that half dimes were all silver, Yes? (and nickels are nickel-copper?)
That 1795 is really cool. It's very crusty!
