  I had good experiences with the two MS-63 ICG Saints that I purchased over a year ago and subsequently sold. Both were cracked and submitted to PCGS. One crossed to 63, the other upgraded to 64. I presently own no ICG coins.

  IGC slabs are best because....they work well as a shim to balance that wobbly table leg.
