That looks like a Redfield Dollar. Redfield stored his bags of dollars in the basement, along with canned goods. Some cans of peaches exploded, and many dollars were soaked in peach juice. This looks like one of them.

Maybe I'm being a little picky, but I would grade it a 65 due to what appears to be a little wear on the TY of Liberty on the obverse, a nick or two and a rough rim. Brian
I wouldn't put it higher than 64 , large luster break on the dome of the hat and the location of the scuff in front of the face and cheek would keep it below 65 I think.

Not necessarily. If you look close at this one, it appears to be in the red Paramount holder.
