Gotta get the pics under 50 kB, then click the "Attach File(s)" button, click "Browse" on the popup window, select the pic, upload it. Then select the picture in the file listing window, and click View File at the bottom. When the window pops up that shows your file, right click it and click Properties. Highlight the URL for the image (the first part of it will look like "http://forums.collectors.com/include/uploadbox/viewfile.cfm?files=" with the filename after the "="). Right click on the highlighted URL, and click Copy.

After you've copied the URL, click the

button, and paste in the URL (Ctrl+V, or right click, paste), and click OK.
