Is This Another Ebay Scam?

Just received an email stating...Account Pre-Suspension Notice. I've never seen this one before. The url it's asking me to sign in on starts with http: Aren't secure servers supposed to start with https?

  • I agree with 100proof, bad english is rarely, if ever, used in an ebay newsletter.
    They say you need to pray if you want to go to heaven.... but they don't tell you what to say when your whole life has gone to hell.

  • Hi, I recently got the same email and sent it to to a link i saw earlier in this fourm for scam emails like this. I believe it was safe harbor responded and said it was a scam. Funnt thing was that within two days after this my shipping address reverted to an old address and i did not know it until after three won auctions. I am still waiting for one ebay purchase.

    Now that's odd, did you click on the link in the email? I never do unless I get some other confirmation. That's the reason for my post....I've been with Ebay since 98 and I never saw a scam til this year
