    The picture's small, but I highly doubt it's a DCAM coin. In that case, probably not worth submitting...

    I agree, doesnt look DCAM. IMO, not worth the submission fee!

    In fact, I just broke up a 1970 proof set for the half and the quarter looked similar to the one you posted. I used them for change at Walmart.
