where on Earth is she getting all these Pre Hobby Protection Act counterfeit coins from?
Hi Guys,
My question is… where on Earth is she getting all these Pre Hobby Protection Act counterfeit coins from? Is there a dealer somewhere out there?
Here is another of Pam's (Ebay ID pjd1966) most recent blatant counterfeits, this one sold for over $80.00:
This 1776 silver coin, from Pam, is counterfeit
Counterfiet
Just compare it to a real one sold by an honest dealer “Treasures of Maryland”:
Authentic
Oh, and by-the-way, I’m not just bi*tching here on the forum… I have written and spoken to two different people at the ANA, there still does not appear to be a way to report numismatic scams to Ebay… the way it is “suppose to work” is… anyone should be able to write to Ebay and report that a specific auction appears counterfeit, then that complaint is supposed to go to the ANA Coin Watchers Group, were it is evaluated and if they agree… the auction is removed.
Sorry but, I have a few buds who sell on Ebay (honest auctions) and it really infuriates me to see them breaking even or making a small mark up when Pam gets, sometimes hundreds of dollars for blatantly obvious counterfeits.
If I do manage to figure out how to place a correct counterfiet complaint with the ANA Coin Watchers Group, would anyone else be interested? Or am I the only one?
Honestly, it is to the point that you can’t sell a raw trade dollar anymore!

No... people do "zing" her on her feedback... however... She uses outrageously & devastatingly nasty retaliatory negative feedback to attack the scammed bidder and drive them into submission.
The bidder states “she sold me a counterfeit coin and won’t return my money”… then Pam responds, in caps: “BEWARE OF THIS BIDDER NOTHING BUT TROUBLE” then follows up with “BLOCK THIS NEWBIES BIDS, AVOID HIM LIKE THE BLACK DEATH”… Pam’s feedback falls from 98.3% to 98.2%, however; the bidders feedback (because they have far fewer transactions) falls from 100% positive to 62%.
Ebay then ignores the report of a counterfeit coin and allows the feedback to be mutually withdrawn.
There are 13 mutually withdrawn feedbacks now in her profile... all of which were claims of counterfiets.

SHE APPEARS TO HAVE A COLOR PRINTER ALSO!!!
Would these same fools wave their wallets around in a seedy neighborhood yelling "I have money here"...
Crooks stay up nights thinking of ways to get your dollar. If you are stupid and don't educate yourself on basic coin collecting pitfalls or even use common sense which seems rare on e-bay then you will become a target and a victim and I am having a hard time to find sympathy for these suckers who buy this stuff.

Maybe I'll create a new account just to pound her.

It's sort of a criminal has all the rights and a law abiding citizen has none.
They can pretty much do anything they want and nothing will really happen to them.
The law enforcement people are only interested in things in their local jurisdiction.
Plus they basically have no computer savvy people so anything on the internet is basically ignored.
The FBI's website only takes complaints from victims, if your not a victim you can't report it.
Then if as a victim you do report it, the FBI forwards it to a local police dept. whom aren't going to do anything anyway.
Then if they do do something, the lawyers for the defendant find out you reported it and then they go after you with a flurry of lawsuits to get you out of the way.
Then even if it does get prosecuted, it'll slowly go through the courts for years.
All the while the scammer gets to rape more and more unsuspecting buyers.
It must be nice to be a scammer and steal from all those people, knowing you can get away with it.
