  I'm glad you bumped this thread, I'd almost forgotten to post this. I read a note in another forum from a contributor to this book. He was supposed to receive galleys to proof, but to date he has received nothing, nor has he heard from J.T. in some time. He was going to call J.T. this week if his latest email went unanswered.

  I think a year is long enough to hold our breath, if it is going through later that is one thing, if it is never going through than refunds should be offered. A least answers should be provided!

  J.T. has had some health problems. I'm hoping that something serious hasn't happened to him. His no response to emails has me concerned.

  I prepaid long ago...havn't heard squat...and at this point I consider the payment as my contribution to the J.T. Stanton health fund. I will be shocked, suprised, chagrined and apologetic if I ever get the book without further work on my part.
