Never heard this one before from customer service

Sent a package in to PCGS that arrived over the weekend. I haven't received the courtesy email saying they received my order, and the order is at the $100 a coin, Walkthrough Service Level, so I called customer service.

Well...it's not checked in yet (they have 24 hours). I was asked if I wrote "Walkthrough" on the outside of the package and no, I didn't (never heard of this requirement before).

Ok, I was told I just delayed myself by a day. WHAT? Did I miss something new?
