I need suggestions on selling to forum members

Here is my conundrum, in a Recent post I asked whether or not some prices offered by a local dealer for my recently graded coins was fair.
I received quite a few PM responses from forum members who were very interested in purchasing individual pieces.
The two coins that received the most interest were:
1902 Barber Quarter (white-light cameo) PCGS Proof 64, and
1827 (Square Base 2) Capped Bust Half (light russet around the obverse periphery) PCGS Au 58.
With the 1844 Seated Liberty Quarter (white) PCGS AU 50, and
1941 Walking Liberty Half (white) PCGS Proof 64, also receiving strong interest.
I did not want to discuss a sellling price on any of the coins as I had not yet received them back from PCGS. Well, they arrived today and I don't know how to determine who to sell them to. Unfortunately, I currently have no way of posting pics of the coins. I need insite from the forum members for one of the following suggestions:
1.) Hold an Auction on the BST board and limit the bidding to 1 bid per person and sell to the highest bidder after 24 hours, or
2.) Take them to the Mid-America show this weekend and sell them to forum members that will be attending, or
3.) Just sell them at the Mid-America show, or
4.) Please make a suggestion......................
I really would rather sell these coins to forum members because I know that they are of high enough quality that they will remain in a true collectors collection for a long time to come (I would not be selling these if it were not absolutely necessary, and I will miss them).
I want to add that I am willling to send these coins out on an approval basis and/or with a 7-day (from receipt) "no questions asked" return policy.
In conclusion (sorry for the length of this thread), Please post or PM your suggestions on how I can be fair to determining who should be the next protector of these coins.
Thanks, Jim
PS, If there is anyone residing in the Chicago (SW Suburban) metropolitan that would agree to look at these coins and then post an impartial opinion of the quality in this forum, pleas PM me.

To make it fair to everyone, simply sell all of the coins to jaderarecoin. It's only logical.
Our eBay auctions - TRUE auctions: start at $0.01, no reserve, 30 day unconditional return privilege & free shipping!

So, exactly how many of those 100 oz Silver ingots (at $5.90/oz are you offering?).
Jim
Set an end time and sell to the highest bidder.
Or just set a price and sell at that price. Selling to and buying from board members is always the best solution.
Fair to everyone.
Joe.
If the show isn't too far away, you may want to try there first, and then put the leftovers up on the BS&T. That's a larger show, and if it's this weekend, you could probably sell the whole group at that show.
You should get some pricing ideas in mind, whether you list them on the boards for sale, or sell them at the show. Find out Greysheet numbers, and then do a bit of poking in Heritage's/Ebay's archives to see what similar items may be selling for.
At least that will give you a ballpark to start, and you'll be better served having that information.
Good luck!

Why pay ebay fees if you don't have to? Even if you got $10 or a "bid increase" over what a forum member was willing to pay by putting it on ebay, it is likely all the fees will knock that down again.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

What the heck! I agree!! Just this once!
