    Seems kinda odd that there just so happens to not be any toning/"dirt" at that location next to the rim.

    To me this one is just to "suspect".

    Waaaay to hard to tell from the image. I would not bid on a coin like that with the images provided. The high bidder is basically buying 63 instant lotto tickets. The only difference is that he will have a bigger chance of losing by buying the coin on ebay. I would go with the lotto tickets.
