Just wondering if PCGS attributes foreign objects being inprinted on a coin? Do they consider it as an error coin?

techeff,
They graded it, but did they attribute it on the holder as a struck thru error?

Hey Russ, PCGS did attribute it as a SMS Struck Thru Error on the holder. I can post a pic of the holder later today if you'd like?

Not necessary. I wasn't sure if they did these, and now I have an answer. Thanks.
