Grade the Washington

This Washington is at PCGS and was part of the group submission sent in by Blade. What do you think? I think it will come back in a 65 holder.

The mark in the field left of Georges nose is not a contact mark or ding so I don't think it will have any effect on the grade. I could be wrong though.

Looking for PCGS AU58 Washington's, 32-63.

  • Looks like a decent strike.

Although it is hard to grade from a scan, it looks like a 65 is entirely possible. If the color is nice, it only reinforces a 65 grade.image

I don't know much about grading these - I think you're the expert, Bikingnut, so I'll go with your hunch. I especially like crispness of the reverse. I hope you score the 65! image
