Well he describes as a CC so unless hes a total crook, it most likely is...If its not, then its a false description, which point you can get your money back. Whats the condition look like?
It could be counterfeit, cleaned, retooled, or damaged to the point where it is worth little more than melt. Trying to get your money back on a deal gone sour is not as easy as it may appear. He makes no claims to condition and offers no guarantee.
I cant tell anything about the condition or whether or not it is genuine. If it is genuine it is most likely a circulated coin. But who really knows. I dont.

That's way to big of a gamble for me- at the very least, I need to see pictures that give you a rough idea on grade, and eliminate any harshly cleaned examples...
