Public Service Announcement: eBay coin poll on eBay
Just an FYI......On eBay's opening page for coins they have posted a quick poll that you can respond to concerning buying and selling coins on eBay. Here is your choice to let them know about your concerns of scammers and frauds. Maybe if we all express our concerns something may change? Just a thought but if we just sit around and twiddle of thumbs nothing will ever change. Just thought some people might appreciate a heads up. Chris

Question #2 seems a little ambiguous:
Do you believe a coin's "condition" (e.g. MS 60 or Uncirculated) is subjective and without a universal standard?
57%Yes ... 43%No
I took this question to mean Unc vs. Circ "Condition", others may replace the word "condition" with "Grade" ie. MS61 vs. MS62. The question's intent is not very clear to me...

It asked who should be excluded, and I typed in you.

Like stated in an earlier post it is only for the kool people, coin weenies need not apply!!
Although I thought it was interesting that the results on whether grading was subjective or objective were split almost perfectly 50/50...

Agreed. I believe that grading is subjective but I answered No to that question because while it may be subjective there are standards such as when a coin has wear it cannot be MS anything no matter how subjective you look at it.
