Just got back my MS67 Peace 5c...Check out the holder

I don't know if the pic will unload...................

Waited for them to get back to me and now they will have to go back.
(Still a pop10/0) so I am still pretty happy.

If it's supposed to be a 67, I wouldn't keep it, as it does still say MS66...

There's probably someone who got a BTW half in the mail labeled as a Jefferson Nickel. image

Russ, How do I go about sending it back and proving it is the the one they GRADED MS67? The pcgs number on the coin isn't even in the group of coin I got bak?

I thought the "BTW" meant "By the way," instead of Booker T. Washington. I suppose I'm an official forum nerd now. image

I would keep it. The slab will be worth more than the coin soon as they certify 1,500 more 67's.

I agree with Placid - that's a major screw up! LOL - and there will be thousands of MS67's made later on.

Send it back to PCGS for a grade gaurentee and have them put it in the correct MS68 holder!!!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

I don't know how you seriously can consider sending it back. It's going to be a common MS67 but uncommon screw up. My money is on the screw up as being more valuable.

I would definitley keep that one, that slab is a conversation piece worth well in excess of what a 67 Jefferson's worth.

I show it around all over the place.
