What you would have to do to show that (i,j,k) where i, j, and k are Integers, is countable would be to:
Create a semi Infinite 3-Dimensional matrix with center at (0,0,0) with each axis being i,j,k respectively.
Each axis would then be numbered. ..., -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, .... (-infinity, infinity)
Now each 3-tuple (i,j,k) could be counted using methods for diagonalization in 3rd Dimensions.
You show how it would be counted. Since counting infinitly many numbers in parallel would not be decidable, you would have to count (1,0,0), (0,1,0), (0,0,1), (-1,0,0), (0,-1,0), (0,0,-1) and keep going in circles around the 3-dimensional graph and expanding outwards to be able to count it.
