My Blue-ish tone FEC just got bagged....now what

Bagged for cleaning? Is it worth sending to NCS for evaluation? I'm guessing the blue-ish tone was from an old dipping. Can it be saved? It is not harshly cleaned and actually it can't be detected under magnification so it had to be from the toning. This is a new type of bodybag issue to me. Anyone have any advice? I believe it grades MS63-64. I can't believe it was bagged!!!

That's right let it become some other poor suckers problem, then he can submit it and pay another fee, it will get bagged, he can put it back on Ebay, and for years it will go round and round untill Anacs gets it or the big services decide to grade all coins. I wonder how many fees will be paid trying to get this slabbed at PCGS or NGC ?
Learn from it. Next time you see a blue copper coin think twice about it's originality then go ahead and buy it if you like it or pass on it if you want to. They're YOUR coins not PCGS' don't let them dictate your collection. I have coins that were BB'd by PCGS and they're not going on ebay or anywhere else because I like them and I don't see the "altered surfaces" they're seeing.
If you want to get rid of it send it to a dealer here for an "offer" or trade or sell it on EBAY and mention in the description the body bag. Even include the blue BB paper they sent back then you can sleep at night knowing at least THEY knew what they bid on even though you had the wool pulled over your eyes.

Where did you get the coin?
Solution A: Keep the coin raw and enjoy it for what it is. Screw the TPG. (my preference)
Solution B: Send it back in a few more times. It will eventually get holdered. Welcome to the plastics game.
