Shop at Home: Great Customer Service

I stand behind my comments about their coins being overpriced, but I just had a great 'customer' service (though I'm not a customer lol) experience today. I reported (along with others here) Mr. Chambers' fallacious comment about the PNG endorsement being earned, not bought. I never heard back from them and some lady emailed me today saying that the Vice Presidents of NGC and SAH had contacted me, and was there anything else I needed. I responded that I had not heard anything from anyone. She was extremely apologetic and five minutes later her supervisor called me and apologized profusely, saying that she had talked to Mr. Chambers personally and corrected the mistake. She was discussing the matter with her boss (a vice president) as well.
Anyway, GREAT responses from BOTH people at SAH. I've got to give them my compliments on that.

I heard they were making a French version of Medal of Honor. I wonder how many hotkeys it'll have for "surrender."
