Hey cool coins DUDE. At least these don't look AT. Actually I could probably live with the one in the middle highest one up.

I like the 69 on the right, even color and not as many marks.........or at least it appears so.

Each of these have their own appeal to me in their own way. The first 64D is kinda neat because the toning surrounds the lighter colored bust of Kennedy and sort of highlights it. The 64D on top has some funky colors going for it and it's married with the 64D reverse on the bottom with the same coloration. You don't often see both endroll pieces having the same color - possibly because one sat against something and one was more exposed to air. The 69D has a neat bronze hue to it with a touch of blue on the perifiries and is a very clean coin. The scratch you see in the field is actually a die polish mark. This coin was mated to the second reverse shown on the bottom - not quite as vivid in color, but still nice image
  • Sweet! I have mostly dabbled with Error coins but they are becoming so darn expensive that I'm no longer able to collect the "good" stuff. I used to be able to find good deals on error coins here and there but it's becoming harder and harder to do so. My second passion is toned coins and it's wonderfull to be able to walk into a shop and score toned coins at a decent price because they aren't desirable to *most* collectors.
    Anyway ..... thanks for sharing.
