how wrong is this slab?

I guess the only thing worse than an acg, ntc or gold label pci slabbed coin is a counterfeit of one.


this has not been graded by pci

Now, granted some coins in older pci holders turn out to be pretty well graded, how do people spend 1,000's of dollars on things like this?

As the seller never refers to the slab as pci, is he participating in a fraud simply by selling the coin?

Do you think the buyer has any idea how bad a coin they may possibly be getting?

Am i completely wrong and is this coin undergraded?
