Question on 98 Matte Kennedy

I know Kennedy's aren't the only example but, why is it Kennedy Matte Set listed for $315, the Kennedy Matte coin itself is listed for $400 at MS-65, and Robert Kennedy, set half to the matte set is listed at $45. Why is a complete set not the more desirable option?

A PCGS MS69 Matte 1998 Kennedy can be had for 285 to 300.

The price of $400 for the JFK in MS65 is somebody's idea of a joke. For one thing, they don't ever grade that low, and for another they sell in the $270 range graded at MS69.

PS: Checking the pop reports I see that there have actually been some graded at MS65 - four, out of a total of 1237 coins.

Most of the prices are wildly inaccurate, so it's not the best tool to use.
