OT - Can someone with an image editor help me out?

Can someone make me a icon from the obverse of my sig coin. I know icon day isn't for another week or so, but I wanted to go ahead and make an icon. Unfortunately, all I have on this computer is MS paint.

I cropped out a round section of it on a white bg, if you'd like something like that. The first pic has color as-is, second pic has auto-adjusted color levels.
