  Yes, I'm looking at Reiver's Early Dollar book comparing B-5's and while the pictures ain't great, I would bet my life the old soldering iron has been out on this one.

  Yeah, I saw this one and thought about it. Something isn't right about those letters at the top...
  
  I'm passing on it and I think you should too. After all, why is it in this holder? If it could make it into NGC or PCGS wouldn't it be there?

  Definitely looks holed and repaired. Still, for a coin with that much "meat" on it I would be willing to pay much that for it. The problem is what will it be five days from now if the other bidders don't recognize the repair job? Way to much, that's where and I would have to pass on it.
