If there is a die crack, do they put that on the label?

No and a die crack should not matter at all on the grade. With Jefferson's for instance you can have a crack right through the steps and still get the FS designation.

Depends. Right now, SEGS,NGC,ANACS and sometimes ICG but VAM designations on coins but usually they are die BREAKS not cracks... cracks leave lines.... breaks leave raised metal.... like this.....
