Cool toned proof 51 frankie

http://cgi.msn.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2223706466&category=11973link

Cool color frankie -- stiff price, but borders on unimprovable for a tone nut ------ NO, it is NOT my coin. I already sold my frankies!!imageimage

Lucy, would this one count as a knockout?

    and the answer is.......................BOTH !!

now ckickie babe, you know that fitty sebbum is in my hoard of megas, mooses, monsters and et'al
i'm lookin at it right now.....daddy steps up when need be.....dontcha know it?....
    ooooooooooooooh yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !

shall we raffle ? yes? no? how much? how many tickets? ngc pr68*cam (understatement) anyway.....

er, by the way the 51 referred to in this thread is my sweety's coin, littlebit.....

she holds and knows her franks delicately, and yes the coin is much more than what you see in those scans....you should see it, it really is quite bitc*in to look at

yeah, i'm probably biased but me thinks the coin is worth much much more than her BIN price....by a BUNCH...but we try to be reasonable on margins, not let something get out of hand,etc...

it's one of those someone will bid on it and it'll end up going for hundreds over the original BIN price
go figure....happens every day....why do they do that?

the 57 is the slamdunk Knockout!

the other, is a distant 2nd.....

though the green color in the 51 does look nice.......

you are correct. the blue does bleed into a turquiose then to a mild green, all kinda without disruption

I also like Lucy's proof franklin more, but I would still pay strong money (if I had that much money available) for the 51 proof franklin. Proof franklins with that much color don't come around that often it seems...

I'll bet the color on that 1951 looks nicer in person than in the scan, but Lucy, yours is stunning!!!

Of the coin pictured in the link and the others posted on this thread, I like the 157 the best -- sweet!
