I say it's a poor Photoshop enhancement job, altho, some Jeff's do color up nice and wierd. Not sure about that one.

I have some Jeffs that look like that - and the field/cameo does tone different colors.

The blue looks a bit much. I have seen a couple with gold devices and blue fields.

Im sure Carl will agree theres some quite colorful ones out there...ive seen all kinds...best is to use your judgement here. I was lucky enough to get the skinny on some of the color ones, and now they are easier to spot.
