Uhm, yes. Don't know how to say this without pi$$ing you off, but here goes. Did you not look at the coins before buying the proof set? And, if you think that is a fingerprint, I think you are mistaken.
On the eagle's left wing, it looks like a print, especially in person. As to the center swirl, wasn't sure if it's a print or not. What do you understand these marks to be?
As for the set, over Christmas I purchased two raw proof sets in online auctions -- big mistake, I know, but they didn't cost much. These sets reinforced why, in the ordinary course, purchase only PCGS slabs in online auctions.
