    Hard to say from that picture, but some of them do look like they are uncirculated.

    Before you bid, make sure you have return privilege. If you really expect every coin to be UNC or better, don't even bid. This would be a nice set to give as a gift to a non-coin collector, if you could buy it for about 40 cents per coin.
