There appears to be a die crack between four and five o'clock on the obverse, which may indicate a late die state. (It appears to be in relief on the photo, but photos can be misleading.)
I've seen stronger strikes on the reverse.
Nevertheless, a gorgeous coin: subtle toning, very little chatter. I'll venture it looks a thousand times better in real life.
15 years ago probably 65. Today, oh wait you didn't say if the bar code was on front or back Anyway, today I believe this to probably be in a 66 holder and wouldn't surprise me if it was 67. Very nice coin no matter what.
