How do you downgrade a PayPal account. I want to return to the basic level, whatever it's called....Thanks

Click where it says "If you would still like to downgrade to a Personal account, click here."
A couple days later you'll get an eMail telling you all the reasons you shouldn't downgrade, then you'll need to go back to the link again. Then a couple days later, the account will be downgraded.
