  • Cool - good detail on that thing! image
  • That's B-E-A-Utiful! I just wish I could take pictures that good, only have a flatbed scanned and a "Pen Cam" which sells for about $25 now and is really extremely grainy, except in extreme light, like outside in full daylight... doesn't work at all for coins... though I have yet to try taking it outside to take pictures of coins... hmm... should try that... but for now, scanner will have to do, good enough to at least show contact marks and condition, but not good enough to capture the luster... Merry Christmas all!

Hey Bill great pic, is that a C5050 Zoom? I've been taking Xmas pictures with mine today. I've only taken a few coin pix and its great for those?

What do think of the learning curve?

    Thanks guys.

Yeah it is the C5050 Zoom. I had the C3000 but man the C5050 has more bells and whistles and they moved everything else around. This was about the 10th picture I took with it.

Bill it is hard to improve on perfection which you have had for some time. The new camera picks up the color a little better.
