Heh, I live in Central Florida, and the humidity is so bad, food molds from plate to mouth... and when you go to Sea World, the Seagulls are VICIOUS! I was up there last weekend walking on a boardwalk with my Godfather and a couple friends from church, and we had cheese danish's, my godfather was half-way done with his and a seagull came up and snatched it right out of his hand as he was going to take a bite!!! Crazy Seagulls!
Maybe it just seems like Florida is really bad. I think it might be that so many people live there and many are from other places. If you look at other big states with growing populations there is a lot of fraud too. Look at California. Lots and lots of fraud there. Same thing with my own state of Texas, home of Enron.
Took a look at the auction and really don't see the problem. Not like the guy is selling a 1990 no S proof set with a BU 1990-P Lincon stuck in.
<< <i>Perfect feedback and generous return policy. I don't see the problem. >>
Yeah, perfect feedback on the $16 shmatas he's been selling. The guys in the rag trade and sellinig NTC coins as "investment" pieces on the side. Give me a break.
Florida, along with California and Texas, are black holes that attract all the weirdos, criminals, con artists and stupid people from other states, according to Dave Barry.
Whole bunch of old people and snow birds that come here too... really sux... in my county we got Winter Haven and Frostproof... wonder why these cities attract the old folks from the north?
Sorry, but it seems that a disproportionate number of EBay scammers reside in Florida, as do the bogus grading services.
TWQG - The problem is the coin isn't even MS, it's in a bogus service's holder and he's quoting PCGS prices. He says, "Bust Dimes of this type Trend at $11,000. MS64 examples trend at just $7,000 and MS-63 examples trend for only $2,850. I’m starting the bidding at way below MS-63 money in hopes of developing a new customer. Feel free to email me with any questions. Don’t miss out on this wonderful coin.. " This coin is probably worth around $500. You don't see a problem?
I like Floridians, except the ones from Miami airport ,I gave them my luggage when passing thru and never saw it again.Hmmm ,all that nice fishing tackle I had bought there down the drain. Some airline employee went home with a lot of nice fishing tackle though.Arrived in Europe with the shirt on my back and that was it!
NTC is headquartered in Florida. They have infested the local coin show circuit, but thank God are being weeded out , along with the PCI and SEGS shills and other Numismatic Axis of Evil shills. This is good. The market is finally realizing that PCGS and NGC coins bring more money for a reason. The shills will tell you its a vast conspiracy. The fact of the matter is that PCGS and NGC principals are more honest and grade better. The market speaks for itself and weeds out garbage.
Wallstreetman watch what you say, or do you forget the only living President to almost be impeached (do to a lack of backbone in our Senators) owns residence with looser Hillary in the state of New York. But back on to the subject bid on the coin not the CLINTON.
