Doubled Dies/MMs/Dates ???

Hey guys,

I was looking through my Red Book, and I was looking at the "Doubled Die" coins... but on most of them... I really cannot see why/how they are doubled. Maybe I just don't have an "eye" for it... but so far it doesn't make much cents(*snicker*) to me... if anyone would be kind enough to take pictures of Doubled Dies/MMs/Dates what evers, and put them side by side with regular coins, I would greatly appreciate it, and it would definately gain you membership in C.D.o.A.W.A.N.T.N.C. image

Here's an easy one to see.

doubled dies - can either be one location or many - so if a coin is DDO (double die obverse) it may be part of the date, part of LIBERTY, part of the legend - you need to know where to look on each coin.

The easiest to see is the Lincoln 1955 double die obverse - go find a picture of that (heritage, teletrade, eBay) , if you can not see the difference from a good picture, you need stronger glasses or have never really looked at a coin closely.
