My High Find

Today i pulled the best State quarter i have ever seen.
it came out of a mint roll that the bank gave us and is what i can call a ms68 theres one slim scratch. but gem mint ms70 in every other respect. the scratch is soo small that i think it doesnt hurt the grade much more than a 68. maybe a 67. im joy filled with this find. i might do scans if you like but its a nice nice coin too bad its a newer one

2003 quarters in MS68 are generally much harder to find than 2002 or 2001 coins. Do you have a PCGS slabbed coin to compare to, and are you using a good loop?
